Shipping & Returns
We are an US based company with limited capabilities in Europe and Asia and we serve clients worldwide. As part of an environmentally friendly community, we try to keep all of our products in stock. We provide local ground and air shipping to customers in the US and Canada, as well as international shipping to over 120 countries.
Shipping Time & Cost
For delivery to US contiguous customers we use USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx shipping and processing time usually within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once shipped, delivery usually takes from 3 to 6 business days in the continental US, 7-9 business days to Canada and Mexico, and 9-15 business days to all other countries.
Depending on your location your shipping cost will be calculated at Checkout.
Returns & Exchange
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it. All you need is your proof of purchase and original packaging. Excluding Final Sale products, customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
To return merchandise, please contact us by email to obtain a return authorization number and the address for returns. A return authorization number is necessary in order to credit you for the return. When you contact us, please have your order number available. Restocking fee of 10% may apply to some returns.
If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Please note, that some items (cosmetics, engraved items, personal use items, fragrances, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
We'll send you confirmation letter for return/exchange and address to make a return. Ship the package to address which you receive by email (Send your package back to us via your shipping method of choice. Be sure to use a method that provides a tracking number).
